Can you ship without box to save on costs? No, the cost of shipping does not change as the weight is calculated by a variance of 6 ounces. For example, an item that weighs 1.4 ounces with the box and 1 ounce without will ship at the same cost. Also, the box itself is used to prevent damage to your purchase.
What is the combined shipping rates? For United States, we use the heaviest rated item provided with shipping calculator for your postal code and add 4.95 for each additional item (TODDLER SHOES UP TO SIZE 13 will be 2.95 for each additional item). For all international deliveries including Canada, we use the heaviest rate item provided with shipping calculator for your postal code and add 7.95 for each item ($5.95 for CANADIAN BUYERS) for each additional item UP TO A LIMIT OF 3 PAIRS. If more than 3 pairs are purchased, a seperate invoice will be created. No seperate rates for Canadian and International purchases in toddler size shoes.
Do you accept returns? In order to discount the prices of the shoes and prevent damage to new items improperly returned or previously worn, orders are generally final. We do however, want your satisfaction and will accept returns if we error or if there was an unknown product defect.
How fast do you ship? If the usps is open, we usually ship within 12 hours of payment received. Tracking information is sent via email for your convience.
