1 Payment Time Frame - You should attempt to complete all payment within 72 hours of the auction end. Notwithstanding this, payment MUST be made within 7 days to avoid potential penalties and extra liability (See Terms of Sale)
2. Paypal Payments - If paying with paypal, you must use a confirmed shipping address. An unconfirmed address is ok for international, but the address must be registered with paypal, and be the one specifically listed for the transaction. We only ship to addresses that are ok to ship to under Paypal's seller protection rules. Make sure to use the correct address in Paypal when paying as this WILL be the address we ship to. We ignore all other addresses provided and only ship to the Paypal address. Please double check this as it can be changed prior to payment.
3. Credit Cards - We accept credit cards. The card billing and mailing addresses should match. If they do not, we may request you to fax identification documents to prove ownership of the account, or refuse the credit card.

1. Shipping Area - We will ship worldwide for many of our items. Please check the item description. In most cases, items will ship between 1-48 hours after receiving payment. Although we check "worldwide" for shipping locations on most of our items, there may be certain export restricted items which we cannot ship to you due to U.S. export regulations. Please check to see if your country is excluded before bidding. If we discover it is excluded then we will refund your payment and terminate the sale.
2. Expedited Shipping - If you need expedited shipping of some sort, please contact us before or after the auction and we can make arrangements. You will be responsible for the extra costs of expedited shipping. Please send us a message through ebay after checking out specifying the arrangements made or desired. Expedited shipping is non refundable in case of any return. Only standard shipping is 100% refundable.
3. International Buyers - International shipping is non-refundable in case of any return. Please examine the checkout details (after purchasing) for specific instructions on paying for items that are to be shipped overseas, and also items purchased by an overseas buyer to be shipped inside the U.S. For paypal payments, we can only ship to the address you pick in paypal. Made sure the address to ship to is correctly added before paying. You may need to add an address as a "gift" address if paypal will not let you add one otherwise.
4. PO Box Fee - If shipping large or expensive items to PO Boxes, we may ask for a nominal fee to cover additional shipping costs.
5. Carrier - Items will not always be shipped using the exact carrier or method represented in the auction. This is sometimes based due to cut off times, the lack of the carrier being represented in Ebay's checkout, or for other reasons. For example, we may use Fedex instead of UPS. We will do our best to ship every item with a service that provides a similar time frame for transport.
6. When Using Paypal - Items will be shipped only to the address paypal says its ok to ship to for our seller protection. Please make sure the paypal ship to address is 100% correct before paying with paypal. If you need items shipped to an alternate address please correct the address in paypal or contact us if alternate arrangements need to be made. We will have to bill again for shipping if the item is shipped incorrectly and then returns to us.
7. Shipping Insurance - It is highly recommended that the buyer purchase shipping insurance to cover damage to the item in transit. This option will be given at the time of checkout.
8. Shipping Damage - In the case of shipping damage, no refund or return will be accepted until a claim is filed and settled with the appropriate shipping company. It is the buyers responsibility to initiate and follow through with and such claim. You must cooperate as needed with the investigation and be patient. The process can take from several days up to a month. If you hinder or obstruct this process, it may lead to denial of the claim. No refund will be given in the case of fright or shipping damage, so its vital for the buyer to follow through with this process in order to obtain compensation for the loss.
9. Local pickups - No local pickup unless previously arranged.
10. FOB. - Freight on board. The buyer agrees that we have no liability for theft, shipping damage, or any other issues after the item is with the shipping company. The exception is shipping damage directly related to poor packaging, but not mishandling.
 
1. Timeliness of payment - Payments must be made within 7 days of auction end in order to avoid further obligation as outlined in #8,9,10,11,12 Below.
2. Item Descriptions - Item descriptions are good faith representations of the condition and nature of the goods being sold, and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Please check with the original manufacturer's website to make sure of specifications, functions, modes of operation, dimensions, or other attributes related to the product.
3. Item Condition - The condition of the item is stated in the auction, otherwise it is as-is.
4. Returns - Returns are accepted for DOA items only unless otherwise stated. products must be insured if over $200. Items must be packed carefully and with sufficient padding to prevent shifting and shipping damage. RMA items received that do not meet the shipping guidelines or are damaged in shipping will not be refunded, except to the extent that they can be covered under the shipping companies insurance or declared value coverage. The RMA Process must be followed for all returns. Non-adherance to the RMA procedures will eliminate any responsibility on our end to refund or replace the product.
5. RMA - You must follow our RMA procedures in order to return any product. Please contact us regarding the nature of the problem or reason for return, and we will send RMA instructions by email. You must initiate the RMA process within 14 days of receipt of the goods or merchandise. You will have 30 calendar days to return the item after RMA is initiated. If we do not receive the product in the 30 day timeframe, the RMA request will become invalid. You may contact us and ask for our RMA procedures at any time. These can be subject to change.
6. Restocking Fee - We may return items that are "working" and "as described" at our discretion for a 25% restocking fee.
7. Technical Support - We do not give technical support on products. Please contact the manufacturer or a service provider for this.
8. Unpaid items, we will attempt to cancel the transaction through the ebay unpaid bidder process. Please cooperate with this process. We do this in order to reclaim final value and listing fees that were paid to ebay. If you obstruct this process so that we cannot collect the credits on an unpaid item, then you will also be liable for the amount of these fees/credits. Please consider this before bidding.
9. Payment Time Frame - For all items won, we give 7 calendar days from the end of the auction to receive payment in full.
10. Non-Payment - If we do not receive payment by this time, then our obligation to sell the item to you is terminated. We will then put the item back up for sale to sell to another party. You will not be permitted to purchase the item again. In case of non payment past the 7 days, you agree to still be liable for 25% of the total amount due from the end of the auction for the items which you had won. This insures that we are not unfairly damaged by deadbeat bidding, depreciation, and other cumulative business costs associated with holding items for extra lengths of time.
11. Collections - If you win and do not pay for the item in full after 7 days of auction/items end, we may begin efforts to collect on the debt. This may include sending letters, utilizing collection agencies or agents, and also reporting the negative information to consumer and business credit bureaus in accordance with state and federal law. In addition, there will be a $50 collection fee assessed, and interest compounded daily at an annual rate of 9.99%. .
12. Costs - In the event of legal action, the losing party will be liable for the prevailing party's court costs and legal fees.
