All returned item must be in its original brand new condition. (No stains, no makeup, no alteration, no animal hair/fur, etc.)
All refunds are issued via PayPal.
Buyer must contact us within 3 days, from the delivery date shown online (verified by tracking information). (If buyer contacts us after the 3rd day (4 days after the delivery date shown online), the item(s) will no longer be available for return, refund or exchange.)
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our facility prepaid and insured for the return or exchange. We recommend that the buyer use a courier with tracking information.
Refund or exchange will be grantedonce the gown has been returned , inspected, and deemed that no damage or alterations have been made.
