Pulled:  these items were pulled from equipment we received and are of unknown condition of working because unit was not working to test part or we just received the item without unit and we have no way of testing item(s).

Pulled from a working environment:  received item in condition that it was working when item(s) were pulled from client’s environment.  Unless otherwise mentioned in description we do not do any further testing on above item(s).
