Quotes provided on this auction are for curbside delivery. This means that purchase is delivered to your home, but will not be taken inside. The carrier is required to call you prior to delivering to ensure someone is at home when your purchase is delivered.
- If delivery has special conditions such as 2nd floor delivery or stairs, please contact us prior to bidding to get a quote as additional delivery fees may apply.
- We also offer White Glove Delivery which will have your furniture brought inside your home, unpackaged, and set up for you in the room of your choice. Insurance is included for all shipments. NOTE: YOU MUST notate signs of damage or shortage on the delivery receipt/paperwork with the driver at the time of delivery or the shipping insurance is nullified.

Showroom Furniture and “As Is” Furniture: It is not unusual for there to be nicks and dents, etc. not caused by shipping. We carefully inspect and photograph these pieces before they are packaged and shipped, and only damage caused by shipping will be covered under the policies relating to damage claims.

If you choose to refuse an item due to damage, only refuse the damaged item. Refusing the full shipment can expose your other furniture to damage on the return trip.

If there is "concealed damage" (no signs of damage externally, but the piece of furniture is damaged), call 1-336-945-0845 to report the damage. We must be notified of concealed damage within 48 hours of receipt of furniture. Failure to notify us in 48 hours nullifies the insurance. | |

New - These are new in box pieces and come with a 1 year warranty which covers defects in material and workmanship. With new in box purchases, some assembly may be required.

"as is" or "Showroom Furniture" - These are genuine products - out of the box and are either showroom pieces, closeout pieces, or transit damage pieces. They are great useable pieces at deeply discounted prices. They are not covered by any manufacturers warranty. They are sold as is, where is and with all faults. The items will not be in picture perfect condition or as "new in the box". These pieces are inspected before listing and our ad will specifically state the condition of these items and disclose the defects to the best of our knowledge. They will look and show great, but expect slight wear, scuffs and mars. Any replacement parts (i.e. replacement leaves for a table sold without leaves) cannot be ordered from the manufacturer. If you are looking to purchase furniture in perfect condition we recommend you contact your local retailer.

Return of purchase that is in its original received condition will be accepted for a merchandise credit of auction price, less shipping fees (this includes actual cost to ship when free shipping is offered) provided:
- Buyer must notify seller of plans to return within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
- Notification must be received through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will need the order number and Include: auction number and reason for return.
- An RMA authorization has been issued.
- Return must be received within 10 days of return notification. Package must include RMA #, auction number and reason for return.
- Inspection of return is approved.
There is a 10% restocking fee.
