This card is from Pan Handle Scrap's Sights and Scenes of the World series issued in 1911.  Cataloged as T99 in the American Card Catalog and is an extremely tough series to get and getting tougher and tougher every day.  This is THE FORUM AT ROME.  It has been graded an excellent 5 by PSA.  Buyer will pay $3 shipping and handling to the United States (email for other options) plus insurance (optional).   HAPPY BIDDING!!!!!
