FULL PAYMENT FOR AUCTION ITEM AND ALL ASSOCIATED SHIPPING COSTS ARE DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE.
Acceptable payment methods include; PayPal, Moneybookers and credit card or debit card processed through PayPal. Contact Standard Auction for payment methods to pay upon pickup.

Shipping
Upon auction completion, an invoice will be generated and emailed to the auction winner. Please pay the amount of the invoice including; auction item, tax (if applicable), shipping, insurance and packaging costs.
· Standard Auction ships FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail only - NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Standard Auction will NOT ship to UNCONFIRMED addresses - NO EXCEPTIONS.
· NO ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT INSURANCE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Standard Auction DOES NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENETAL UNITED STATES - NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Items will not be shipped without full payment - NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Standard Auction does not markup shipping charges in order to profit. Standard Auction charges the exact amount as determined by; eBay shipping calculators, FedEx, UPS and USPS services.
· Items will be shipped within three business days of verified payment receipt (see above hold periods).
· Every auction item is packaged using new or like-new corrugated boxes and/or Tyvec padded shipping envelopes. Auction items will be carefully packaged in bubble wrap and/or Styrofoam peanuts.
· Packaging/shipping supplies are included in the auction invoice total and cost approximately $3.00 - $7.00 per shipment depending on size/value of auction item.
· Standard Auction will contact the buyer if the cost for packaging will exceed our estimates and/or the handling costs will be stated in the auction description.
Terms of Sale
All items come with a seven day money back guarantee except when specifically listed in the product description. Upon physical inspection, if the item is not accurately described or arrives DOA, Standard Auction, in most cases, will refund your purchase price. Standard Auction reserves the right to refund shipping charges and associated costs on a case by case basis. Please be patient if an issue arises.

· ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS. NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED EITHER IMPLIED OR OTHER. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY MAY OR MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE. WARRANTY, IF APPLICABLE, WILL BE SPECIFICALLY STATED WITHIN THE AUCTION DESCRIPTION.
· Private Auctions - In order to best serve and protect our eBay customers from the fraud currently taking place during and after our auctions; Standard Auction has chosen to make all auctions private and never release any buyer information.
· Standard Auction will never end auctions early.
· Bidders with less than 5 positive feedbacks must receive approval from Standard Auction before bidding.
· Standard Auction never sends second chance offers.
· eBay members will be denied the opportunity to bid if they do not have a US eBay Account and US PayPal Account - NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is a standard scale by which to describe the physical condition of an item. By using the Standard Auction Grading Scale, Standard Auction may more accurately convey to buyers the physical condition of each item. All pre-owned equipment is tested and sold in working order. The following scale is for cosmetic condition only.
N NEW and NEVER USED – In manufacturer's sealed or open box.
D NEVER OWNED – Used for demonstration purposes only, may still be in the original manufacturer's packaging.
R REFURBISHED – Refurbished by the manufacturer to original company specifications and is in like new condition.
10 PRE OWNED – Pre-owned equipment but appears new.
9+ SLIGHTLY USED – Shows little or no signs of wear.
9 USED – Shows signs of use, but very clean.
8+ MODERATE WEAR – Shows moderate wear or finish marks.
8 WELL USED – May exhibit "dings" or finish marks.
7 CONSIDERABLE USE – More than average wear.
6 USEABLE – Useable, but has considerable mechanical imperfections. NOT RETURNABLE. NO WARRANTY.
5 NOT USEABLE – NOT USEABLE. FOR PARTS USE ONLY. NOT RETURNABLE. NO WARRANTY.

Standard Auction was launched December 1998 as an e-commerce based auction company specializing in the sale of technology related hardware and software products. Standard Auction operates under numerous eBay user ID's and on a variety of online auction and classified websites. Standard Auction remarkets demonstration models, excess inventory, retired product and/or slightly used technology equipment from our parent company and their clients.
Standard Auction also sells many items which are the personal property of company employees, friends and family. These items may include; automobiles, furniture, sporting goods, jewelry, clothing, etc. At this time, Standard Auction does not sell items which we do not know the origin and past care of the product(s).
