A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
Purple Christmas or Halloween 150 Electronic Moving Lights L@@K
These were sold as Halloween lights, but if purple is your favorite color for Christmas you can you them on your Christmas tree. They have 8 electronic functions, the lights fade in and out, move slow or fast. This is all done by the adapter that is attached to them, that allows you to control their movement. They are very pretty when lite. They all work very well. These were never used as you can tell as they have not been removed from their holder inside the box.

I ship mostly Priority Mail as it is quicker. Parcel Post may be a few cents cheaper, but Priority Mail is the way to go. I also ship First Class and Media Mail. My shipping charges are for shipping, the weight includes the box, packing material and the item. I try to be as close as possible on my shipping.IF THERE IS AN OVER CHARGE ON THE POSTAGE OF A DOLLAR OR MORE, I WILL REFUND THAT AMOUNT. I will now be purchasing insurance from Auctiva, therefore if I feel and item can break, my handling fee will increase to $2.00 to help defray the cost of the insurance. I am NOT responsible for any package that I mail once it leaves the post office and not insured. EBAY MAY SAY I AM RESPONSIBLE, BUT I AM NOT. I HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE POSTAL SYSTEM AND HOW THEY HANDLE A PACKAGE. If it can break request to have insurance. I charge a small handling fee of .50 cents, this is not much for the cost of packaging an item, the bubble wrap, peanuts etc.

Ebay no longer permits adding insurance to a buyers package. Therefore if I list an expensive item, that can possible break, due to mishandling of postal workers, I will add a $2.50 handling fee and purchase insurance for the package. Ebay is no longer fair to us sellers, eliminating the purchase of insurance is the last straw for me. Ebay leaves good honest sellers like myself, wide open for fraud. If you claim an item has arrived damage, I will request pictures of the item and the box. I now take pictures of not only the item, but the boxes after I package them.
I am a casual seller on ebay, I have never a Power Seller, nor do I have a store. The items I sale are mostly vintage and used. When I describe an item, I try my best to give all details of the item, even the scratches, flaws, chips etc. If you are a collector and need specific details, please email me before bidding. Please do not expect a new item to arrive on your doorstep, if it was used to begin with. If something is BRAND NEW I will note this in my description. I offer NO REFUNDS, unless I have not described the item correctly. I try to go above and beyond in my descriptions, but please remember I am human too. If you receive your item, and feel I left something out in the description please email me. If there is a problem, I will request pictures of the item showing me what you are not satisfied with.
