This is a Queen ecru gathered embroidery eyelet 16 and 1/2 drop, it does come with corner slits. The base is made from fabric material. It has a blend of easy care  polyester/ cotton. it is machine washable and has recently been washed. i have seen no stain or rips on this skirt. the scallop hem is also finished with embroidery work, i see the color as ecru or tan family. please ask questions. thank you for looking.
