Sesame Street Fisher Price house from 1974. The set includes everything pictured. It has the 9 play figures that are Big Bird (2) with his nest, Susan, Bert, Ernie, Cookie Monster, Mr. Hooper, Oscar, and Gordon.

The furniture includes double seat couch, coffee table, TV, dining table with 2 chairs, & the Ernie & Bert monogrammed beds. The beds no longer have the foam. There is a 2 story ladder, the soda fountain with 2 seats, news stand, Sesame Street lamp post, mail box, fire hydrant and sanitation truck.

The house and pieces are in great condition. The handle is intact on the top and latches. There are not any chips or cracks in the house. Original owner smoke free home. All questions are welcome. More pictures are available upon request.
