Bellingham Farm House Dollhouse, Fully Furnished!

 This auction is for one of my Grandmother's dollhouses, she wants a new one but is out of room. It is a 1" scale Bellingham Farm Dollhouse. The house is fully assembled, painted & furnished. It is NOT wired for electricity. The house has been modified from its original design and now has a wrap around porch on the 2nd level, and added windows on the third level for added light in the attic rooms.The rooms are wall papered & carpeted, all furnishings are included.

kitchen with many cabinets
living room with fireplace
attic playroom & store room
Handmade curtains, throw rugs, wall hangings & bedding

There is NO shipping on this, it MUST be picked up! There's no way to conceivably ship this item. It'll fit into a minivan with the seats removed, or an average sized SUV with the seats folded down. All of the furnishings will be carefully packed for you. Upon receipt of full payment via paypal, I'll send you the contact info to arrange pick up.
