Answer: Yes, it will fit ANY MacBook Air, whether people call it 13-inch or 13.3-inch MacBook Air. MacBook Air actually only has ONE display size: 13.3-inch. However, sometimes people call it a 13-inch MacBook Air for convenience.
According to MacBook Air Technical Specifications(http://www.apple.com/macbookair/specs.html), it has the following section for Display:

Question 3) Will this hard shell case leave mark on my MacBook Air or scratch my MacBook Air?
Answer: No, it will absolutely NEVER leave mark on or scratch your MacBook Air. As the top cover has no open cutout of Apple logo, the dirt will NOT get between the top cover and your MacBook Air top panel easily.
Question 4) Does this hard shell case has the Apple logo cutout on top cover like other sellers' products?
Answer: No, it does NOT have the Apple logo cutout. However, it does have the engraved square window to show the Apple logo clearly.

USAGE:
To put on the case:
1) keep your 13.3" MacBook Air closed.
2) Place MacBook Air in bottom half of case, snap on the 'hooks' on both sides.
3) Place top half of the case on top of MacBook Air, snap on corners.
To remove the case:
1) Open your MacBook Air, and pull the small tabs away from the MacBook Air to remove the bottom case. Please note you should release the tab near the hinge or POWER button FIRST to remove it.
2) To remove top cover, pull off the top left/right hook corners first.
