A Premium Domain Name and almost 8 years a successful website.  Proven track record for Advertising sales including companies that market online gambling, exercise equipment, recipes, dieting plans and health sites, holiday sites, among a few categories.  As the one domain has multiple different pages listed in subfolders on the domain (see below listings):  
 
Webterrace.com has 26 DMOZ listings that are so hard to come by nowadays but still very valuable for Search Engine Optimizing pages.  These listing are very difficult to come by now because of  the slow review process.
 
Webterrace.com has more than 904  pages indexed on google and 3030 indexed pages on MSN.
 
Webterrace averages 1 million unique a month.  All this traffic comes from search engines, not bought traffic, and just through keyword searches.  I recently dropped one advertiser, paypopup, but it earned $300 per month.
