These jeans are 99% Cotton & 1% Spandex.
The waist is 28". The inseam is 28.75". The rise is 8.5". The pant legs are 8.5" across at the bottom.
No stains or holes, no fraying. I have the pant leg flipped over so you can see the knee area. 
Great fit & excellent condition!
