How do I checkout? You must use our Shopping cart system.

Can I send you a payment directly without using your online shopping cart system?
No! Your payment will be refunded or refused.
Will you combine purchases to save on shipping?
Yes, all purchases will be combined within one shipment.
If your invoice did not combine purchases, please contact us.
What payment terms do you accept?
We Accept Debit, Visa, Master, American Express and Discovery Credit Cards, Echecks and Paypal.
The card holder's name and address must match. We will ship only to the address on file with your credit card company. No exceptions. Winning bidders using PayPal must be Verified members.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only on sales within the sunny state of Texas. Texas residents please add 8.25% sales tax.
Buyer Must use our Checkout to pay for all Purchases!
If you do not use our system, your shipment will be delayed or canceled. Please pay for your items within 5 days. Buy four or more items and your shipping will be free. If your invoice does not show free shipping on combined purchases, then please contact us. Buyer is responsible for all shipping.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Rush shipping is not available on eBay auctions.
I live outside Canada and the United States, will you ship to me?
No. At this time, Outdoor Clothes Unlimited, does NOT ship internationally. Neither do we ship to any US territories or APO/FPO addresses. We will ONLY ship winning eBay auction merchandise to USA addresses, excluding Alaska, New Mexico and Puerto Rico.
How will my items arrive?
We Ship via Fed EX Ground.
How do you calculate standard shipping?
Shipping is Free on all combined purchases . Rates are subject to change.
Item(s) usually ships 24-48 hours after payment clears. We ship out Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Central time. Are warehouse is closed on all National Holidays. Your item(s) will be delivered to you within 5-10 business days after your payment has cleared and your order has been dispatched to our warehouse. You will be contacted via email, if there is a delay by more than a week.
What if my item is backordered?
We work extremely hard to keep this from happening, but on occasion we may run out of a very popular item. We will email you immediately and let you know your item is out of stock. In this email it will inform you that we have found another identical item in a similar color and you have the option that day to respond to our email and let us know if you accept. If you decide not take the color we choose then we will cancel your order and give you a full refund. We do not believe in delaying your order any more than we haft too. So If you don't contact us before 3:00 pm central time your order will be shipped that day. Please contact us.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final! We do not accept exchanges. Please Pay close attention to the "Fit" size as well as the "Actual" Size. We take extreme care to describe our items very carefully. All items will be as described. If you have an issue with your purchase please email us immediately. We take pride in are Customer service and we want you to be satisfied.
When will I receive my Feedback?
Feedback is automatically left once payment is recieved.

*Note* If you are the winning bidder for an item and fail to complete payment using the online checkout, you may be in violation of eBay's Non-Paying Bidder Policy and subject to account suspension by eBay.
