I HAVE A BREAKAGE PERCENTAGE MUCH LESS THAN 1%. I STILL RECOMMEND INSURANCE. THE POST OFFICE INSURES YOUR RECORDS AND THEY ARE THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKING YOUR RECORDS, NOT ME!
