MY GRADING SCALE FOR TAPES:
NM - No flaws at all, very rarely shows as manufacturing is rarely that consistent
EX(+, -) - 1-3 flaws enter in...most people refer to this grade as Mint.
VG(+, -) - Still great, literally "VERY GOOD"
G(+, -) - Acceptable, but flawed. Scuffs and cover wear enter in to a much larger degree here.
Fair and Poor are for the rarities that you just don't see.
AUDIO GRADING:
AMAZING - Just as it says, there will be no drop-outs of any sort, not even the high end "bubble" drop outs as I like to refer to them as
GREAT - A good portion of well cared for tapes play Great...that is, maybe a few "bubble" drop outs in the hiss/high end of the tape
GOOD - Now some audible yet few DROP-OUTS occur where the signal is actually interrupted by it
OK - More drop outs, collectable tape, not well cared for most times.

All reels are carefully packed in boxes.
The reels have their tails taped down. Then a piece of bubble wrap is wedged atop of the reel, then bubble wrap snugly pulling the box shut tight for added protection and safety. No corners are cut in the process. And no bubble mailers will ever be used!
