I believe this to be a 1st Edition hardback with dust jacket.  The publisher's page states June 2007 and the number line 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1.  The price on the inside flap of the dust jacket is $27.00.  This book is in very good condition ~ there is one page that sticks out on the bottom edge of the book and there is a scratch on the front of the dust jacket. 
* Please note that I get used books from a variety of places and do not know the books history (smoke/pet free environment).  My home is not pet free.
