This an NTSC video (plays on USA and Canadian VCRS and any VCR that will play this format).

The 1963 TV Special featuring special guests BARBRA STREISAND, LIZA MINNELLI and ETHEL MERMAN. Running time approx 54 mins. 25 songs from the TV special. Legend Judy Garland is joined by guests including a 21 year old up and coming Barbra Streisnad and teenage daughter Liza Minnelli, plus the Grande Dame of Broadway Ethel Merman makes an appearance. Classic vintage performances.
