This is your chance to buy a very nice redware pitcher. This beautiful pitcher has a high gloss glaze with hand painted slip decorations. I believe it to be from the first half of the 20th century. Handmade on a potter's wheel with ribbing that accentuates the design. Definitely handmade by a talented crafted potter. I was told this could be 1900s Native American craftware. The piece measures 5 1/2 inches high and the opening has a diameter of 3 1/4 inches. The piece is unsigned, but crazing in the glaze show its age nicely.
