Franklin Mint Monopoly, NrMnt, Collectors Edition, NR

Up for auction is a 1991 Monopoly Collector's Edition game by The Franklin Mint. We acquired the game through an estate sale. We think the game has never been used. The TITLE DEEDS, CHANCE CARDS and COMMUNITY CHEST CARDS are still in their MINT factory wrappings. The game board measures 20.5 inches by 20.5 inches by 3 inches high. All game components are here and complete. Among the components are 12 GOLD PLATED HOTELS, 32 SILVER PLATED HOUSES and 10 GOLD PLATED TOKENS (recreations of the original 1935 MONOPOLY game "Charms." Also included is the DELUXE REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO, including RULES FOR PLAY and GAME HISTORY BOOKLET. While it appears this set has never been used, there is evidence of a few dings from storage, moving, etc. The most noticeable is a ding on the right hand corner of the game drawer (see photo). Also, there is a slight oval mark/impression(?) on the game board felt. Except for these, the condition could be mint. We have tried to offer a variety of different angled photos for your review.
