Netgear WGR614 (V9) Router and Netgear WG311T Wireless PCI Adapter. I purchased both of these devices brand new. Both of these networking devices are in used but 100 percent operational condition, with no problems whatsoever.
With this combination, you can add a wireless connection to a second computer. The WGR614 will also send a signal to an Xbox 360 (you will have to buy or already have the Xbox's wireless adapter).
This set comes complete with power cord & yellow colored ethernet (CAT-5) cable. There is no cd drivers or instruction manuals, but all of the info that is necessary to operate the machine is available on Netgear's website. Any further questions please ask!
