Vintage Merry Glow blue light-up rotating tree topper.  This item works - I plugged it in and it lit up and rotated.  The box is original, but the top has torn off.  This item comes with a bonus package of vintage silver crystal garland from the same time period - it is also in the original packaging.  e-mail with questions.
