Lovely Czech Childs Infants Vest Nice Crewel work

Hello Thank you for looking, you are bidding on a lovely adorable little vest and is what I believe, is a vest from possibly Czech? Their is no size on this.The designs on it looks to be crewel work. The vest is very small, it looks like maybe for an infant child. When measuring, it is approx. 10" inches wide with it unbuttoned. 8"1/2" inches measured from the shoulder to the bottom of the vest.
