If this is the case you must send the item back to me along with a note stating exactly what the problem is. If I can duplicate the problem you are having on my own DVD or CD player then I will issue a full refund including the cost of return shipping. On the other hand, if the DVD or CD plays fine for me I will only issue a refund for the auction price of the item. That means the buyer assumes both the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping.
