Complete 2 Way System!
2 Way speaker systems are known to give you the loudest output power, and last the longest.  The way it works is you have (1) Woofer, and (2) mid/tweeter built in, so you get a full range sound.  The reason 2 way speakers can go the loudest, is that all the power gets concentrated to (2) speakers.  If you put the power between more than one tweeter (like with most 3 way speakers) you lose a little bit of power.

Re-Inforced Aramid/Basalt Fiber Composite Cone!
These speakers can withstand heat, and adjust to different temperatures.  They are known to provide a really clean sound.

High Powered
One of the first things you will obviously look at is the power ratings of the speakers before you buy them.  You will be pleased to know this speaker system has 360 watts each speaker, and is one of the most powerful 6x9 2 way sets on the market.  These are rated with true world power ratings, so you will get every watt it says you will get.  Pioneer does not mess around like some of the cheap brand names.  That is why Pioneer is number one!

Big Bass Output!
The mids and bass on this speaker set will be un-believable.  It will be like having a sub in the vehicle almost.  Each speaker has a 6x9" woofer, and you will get nice bass out of them.  That is one of the main advantages of a 2 way system as well.

Strong Enough for an External Amp
One of the biggest problems these days is that when you put an amp to get louder mids and highs, the amp will just blow the speakers, because they can not handle so much power.  Pioneer came through and made these speakers extra powerful to handle almost any 4 channel external amp.  The speakers are also strong, and they are made with the strongest materials.  Even if you over-power the speakers a little, they can handle it, because they will not get distorted.  (Distortion is what blows speakers)

Conclusion:
If you are looking for a pair of 6x9's that will sound good with a receiver, but with enough power to add an external amp, these cost a few dollars more than some cheaper brands, but you will get a better quality product.  You will get better sound quality, and you will be able to own these for life!
