This Sears Craftsman 1/2 HP Garage door opener works and comes with a manual, it does not have a remote but they can be bought at Sears or Home Depot for around $15.00 the 1st picture is the unit all together, the last picture is to show how it is taken apart for shipping, due to the size and weight, shipping is a little high.

The unit is in good condition, but does have some tape on the front cover due to the owners manuel taped to it. I bought this at an estate sale.
