AN EARLY ENGLISH BIOGRAPHY OF VON RICHTHOFEN
THE RED KNIGHT OF GERMAY

Gibbon's famous book about the Red Baron.  Published
eighty-two years ago, at a time when a historian still had
access to many of the participants of the story.  This one
is a true classic.

Unlike the last copy I sold, this one has a couple photos
and, better still, a couple of the original Clayton Knight
illustrations.

I presume this particular example to be a first edition, as
there are no other dates listed (but freely admit that in that
long ago age publishing information was less standardized).
