This end of stock item can only be returned for exchange if:

1.  Item was damaged during delivery, or
2.  Missing, damaged, or defective part(s) can not be replaced.

If you are present at the time of delivery note any obvious damage with the carrier and accept the package.  Please do not refuse delivery.  Refusal will cause more time to be wasted than getting an RMA with details of the problem.  SHIPPING INSURANCE IS VOID IF ALL PACKING MATERIALS ARE NOT KEPT, AS SHIPPING CARRIERS WILL NOT PAY A CLAIM WITHOUT THEM.

You will have 72 hours after the time of delivery to contact me for missing, damaged, or defective part(s).  If found, contact me immediately to see if we can get the part(s) replaced.

If the item is returned because of damage during shipment or missing, damaged, or defective parts can not be replaced the item will be exchanged for a new same item.
