Pastel colors and advertising are easy to see and read ---> Displays Well <--- Decals of ILLINOIS SPRINGFIELD WATCHES across top of frame are in excellent condition. Some original black paper backing on perimeter remains. Cardboard backing has moisture discoloration. Original wood slats hold cardboard backing and advertising metal correctly in frame.Lithograph has areas of minor (?) discoloration/fading (?) and some scratches.
