20 Franklin Mint Ceramic Spice Jars By Gloria Vanderbilt 1985

All of these jars have the name of the herb or spice on the jar. Each jar also includes a picture of the plant and a flower on the front and the back of the ceramic porcelain jar. The herbs and spices that are available in this set are: Saffron, Mustard, Garlic, Ginger, Clove, Chile, Curry, Celery, Rosemary, Dill, Bay, Paprica, Parsley, Coriander Oregano, Thyme, Tarragon, Basil, Nutmeg, Marjoram.

The Nutmeg has a very small chip at the top rim of approximately 1/4" wide which does not effect being able to use it. It is barely visible. The other jars are in excellent condition. Each lid is gilded all the way around. Each jar has also been stamped on the bottom from the Franklin Mint. This set will make a lovely addition to the discriminating cook's kitchen.
