 INSURANCE:  Insurance coverage is your responsibility.  If an item is lost or damaged during shipment, it is your responsibility to place a claim with the shipping service.  Canada Post &UPS includes insurance up to $100 value please check  some things are not covered.  The post office does not reimburse shipping charges.
