This is a real handy stand when you need a third hand , Great when you need to alter a form or to pour foam into and hold it sturdy and in place , Gives you two hands when you need to sand on it. Spins 360 * also extends outward out to 20 inches or as small as 10 inches , Has 3 spikes on it  and the inner tubing slides back and forth  I can combine 3 stands in one box most of the time for $9.85 Priority mail.
