Remainder mark: Our books may have a publisher's remainder mark, which is normally a black stripe across the bottom edge of the pages of the book indicating that the publisher is unwilling to take the book back on a return from a retailer. It does not affect the text.

USA - Standard: Allow 5 to 21 business days. Shipped via USPS Standard Mail or Bound Printed Matter.

USA - Expedited: Allow 2 to 6 business days. Shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Priority includes delivery confirmation.

International: Allow generally 2 to 4 weeks. Customs can cause delays. We employ a broker who transports orders via air to your country, then hands off shipment to your local mail carrier.

* Your order will leave our facility within 1-2 business days. A confirmation notice will be sent.

Payment: PayPal payments ONLY please. No other forms of payment will be offered.

Combined shipping: We do not offer combined shipping for multiple items on eBay. However, if you look us up on Half.com, an eBay subsidiary, you will be able to take advantage of discounted pricing on multiple line orders.

Return Policy: We will do what we feel is reasonable and fair to help satisfy our customers with respect to returns. Here are some sample problems and how we handle:

*** Buyer cancellation: If prior to shipment and we can stop the order, we will. If after shipment, customer responsible to return and pay for the shipping charges. We would not reimburse the original shipping charges.
