Please note that we ship all items via FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted. You should still utilize the shipping calculator as this will reflect the correct rates. North Shore Auctions reserves the right to select the shipping company on all shipments. Items will be shipped within 72 hours of payment with the exception of weekends, holidays and other extenuating circumstances. Unless other arrangements are made items are shipped to the purchaser's PayPal address. We will only ship to a P.O. box upon arrangements prior to the conclusion of the auction. We will gladly make arrangments for pick-up at no cost. |

If an agreement is reached to have the item returned, you must do so within 7 days in the same condition. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund through PayPal.
