On the botton "Made exclusively for Nabisco by House of Prill 1999."  Great Condition.  Is approximately 11 inches high by 7 inches wide.  No cracks or chips.  A great addition to your collection or just for keeping your favorite cookies in!  There is a rubber seal around the inside of the lid to keep in freshness.
