Q & A

 1. How soon will I receive my item? I post small items twice a week (usually wednesday and friday mornings). Larger items are posted once a week (usually wednesday mornings). If you live in Victoria it usually takes 1-2 days for you to receive your item. If you are interstate it usually takes 2-3 days although sometimes I find it can take up to 2 weeks. Overseas usually takes 1-2 weeks.

2. Do you allow pick up? Yes! Pick up is welcome on any item. It saves me having to package and post! However payment for pick up items must be cash on pick up only and the buyer must contact me within 3 days of auction ending to organise a suitable pick up time. I am in Hoppers Crossing, Vic.

3. Does your postage price include a handling fee? Yes. I'm sorry but as any seller would know, packaging and posting items takes up a lot of time, not to mention packaging costs and petrol to go to the post office. My postage prices are always shown on my listings so please take these prices into consideration as they are final and I cannot give any discount (unless you are buying more than one item). If you are not happy, please do not bid!!

4. Do you give postage discounts if I buy more of your items? Yes. I always give postage discounts wherever possible. Please email me for a quote.
