Brand new in box and have the receipt from Best Buy. We waited past the 14 day exchange policy to buy a HD camcorder. This camera has some good reviews, nice features with a rechargeable batter, large hard drive, zoom. I never used it. It is BRAND NEW IN BOX. If you want a SD camcorder with nothing else to buy this is the camcorder for you. Buy It Now comes with a 30 dollar case.
