This is a 36X42 inch tree skirt. it has a border pattern made up of candy cane snow men with snow cottages. the Christmas red and Green stand out. the border is outlined with stitching that gives a look of 3-D   It has a green gathered hem, matching gathers are also used for the tree center of the skirt. I believe the skirt is made with nylon fabric. the ruffles are made with cotton. this is a machine washable tree skirt. I have seen no stain or rips.. Please ask questions.
