This commercial grade restaurant combo broiler was purchased new for $18,500.00 by our seller about 5 years ago.  He used it in a local restaurant until early 2007 and it has been in storage in their warehouse since.  When removed from service, it was still in excellent working condition.  It's just not something they're using anymore.
