Shipping & Handling:

Buyer will be invoiced shipping charges based on weight and destination zip code.  All shipments are subject to a $2.00 handling charge in addition to actual shipping charges.  If buyer wishes to obtain an estimate, please use the origination zip code and weight listed in the auction description and go to http://postcalc.usps.gov/ and enter your zip code in the package postal fee calculator for Priority Mail and add the handling charge to shipping price calculated.   Winners of multiple auctions will be invoiced a shipping and handling price based on the combined weight to their destination zip code.  U.S. domestic shipments will be by U.S. Postal Service's (USPS) Priority Mail. 

International shipments will be at  USPS International Priority Mail +  a $3.00 handling charge.  We WILL NOT under declare Customs value or falsify Customs documents , do not ask!! 

Insurance:

All items will be carefully packed for shipment (check our feedback). However, if winning buyer wishes to insure the shipment, please email us for a quote for insurance.   If winning buyer wishes to have us purchase insurance (either through stamps.com or the USPS), there will be a $2.00 surcharge per package in addition to the actual cost of insurance.  In either case, De Loach Enterprises is not responsible for packages/contents once they are turned over to the USPS for shipment.

Warranty:

If this auction is for a unused, new  item, then the item has never been run or tested and is sold "as-is".  If this auction is for a "used" item,  we will test run all powered used locomotives to ensure that they are functional prior to auction listing and shipment.  The buyer is responsible for contacting the product manufacturer for repairs in the unlikely event there is a item malfunction.  There is no seller warranty implied or otherwise.
