Payment is anticipated within 3 days of invoice;  however we do combine shipping for both domestic and international customers.  In the US, the customer understands they will pay the amount stated in the listing for shipping.  International Customers please view our INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PAGE on our store front page for current shipping costs to your country.

You may pay VERY SECURELY by major credit card, debit card or personal eCheck through PayPal.  This is probably the most secure way to pay on the web and we use it (PayPal or the PayPal debit card) for our own purchases including purchases from suppliers and local stores.

We are happy to offer combined shipping for multiple items won at auction or purchased from the store.

We utilize the United States Postal Service by default.  This has worked very well for quilters in 99.99% of shipments and helps to keep your price down.  However, if you have a special request for a different carrier - or - an upgraded USPS Service i.e. Priority or Express Mail,  please contact us so that we can work through the details with you.  We're happy to help. 

Handling times will vary somewhat depending upon:  (1) what you have ordered - i.e. fat quarters or a set of quilt top blocks that are cut to order,  (2) when you ordered - i.e. late Saturday night,  (3) How you paid - i.e. eCheck  vs. debit card,  (4) When you paid,  (5) Conditions beyond our control.

eBay has mandated a very strict handling time policy with limited options for us retailers.  We picked a length of time that reflects our historical average time to ship.  If you need your order even faster please contact us and we will work with you to meet your needs.

International Buyers ? Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up ? do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
