So, why not try the best barrel out there in terms of performance, not price.  The Tru-Flight XT series of barrels was 4 years in development and sets a high standard in performance.

This barrel is sleek. It is the totally redesigned version of the earlier Tru-Flight QB (Quiet Barrel) barrels. The accuracy has been increased by 39% over its already accurate predecessor. Here is some of the technology in this series of barrels.

These barrels are rifled… yes rifled. Unlike actual firearms, to be "rifled" in a paintball barrel means the opposite. A round projectile will shoot straighter if it’s not spinning- unlike a bullet.  The patented "straight rifling" design allows the projectile to escape in a pattern conducive to countering spin and thus giving you greater accuracy.  This accuracy means that you will have a tighter pattern of contact (you hit where you aim with each shot with little variance).  It will enhance the accuracy with even cheap paint, which (lets face it) is the only kind we can afford sometimes.

Following the success of the earlier QB barrels the Turbulence Scavenger Muzzle design has been incorporated. Its primary responsibility is to allow the air to escape in such a way so as to minimize turbulence when the projectile leaves the end of the barrel.  This results in a straighter, more consistent shot pattern. It, along with the porting, also contributes to the muffling of the sound so each shot is quieter.
