Due to the number of unresponsive buyers and/or non-paying bidders---As of today I have filed 43 non-payment cases in the last 18 months, 18 haven't paid! and it seems to be getting worse as time goes on..
Sellers can't leave bad feedback for non-payers so they get buy with it and we can't even warn others that they are a bad risk.....This in my opinion is very unfair to the sellers and for buyers. If they cheat when buying something they will cheat when selling.....
I must include these terms as part of my auction. I apologize for the length and detail, but a few bad apples--
I started selling lots of my items at .99 but I had to raise the low bid to 1.99. I was just not making enough to pay for the listing fees, paypal fees and the final value fees let alone
make a profit on the item. I was actually losing money. So sorry for the change, but I sell on ebay to make money. On the other side of the coin is that I meet lots of nice people and I make them happy with all my bargains!
6 Thoughts to remember so that your Ebay experience is pleasant and enjoyable
1. Good Communications is the key when buying and selling on Ebay.
2. Check your messages and your email on a regular basis when buying from me, I leave no less than three message transactions after a sale: Invoice, Shipping Info and a Thank You.
3. Read All The Terms Of The Auction. Check measurements, And Double Check measurements!

as it lets the Ebay community know my integrity.I am very proud of the Positive feedback of over 4000 in the seven years that I have been selling. I pride myself in customer satisfaction and wish to maintain my positive standing with my customers. If you are unhappy with ANY of my charges and are
going to let that affect your rating for ME then I'd rather you not buy from me.
5. Most of my eBay listings are Auctions. As in all auction formats, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, except in cases where the item received was GROSSLY not as described. Fit or color,after having read the book, having watched the video
are not acceptable reasons for a return. When misrepresented items are returned buyer is responsible for return postage.
The things I sell are in most cases used or vintage and I sell them as such. Those will have some expected normal signs of use. All instances of wear and functionality are noted in the description to the best of my knowledge.
If not familiar with buying vintage or used items, they sometimes are not perfect, if they have age lines or flaws that is just the way it is. I sell lots of items for others, and things I personally own, but I do take a great deal of time shopping for the clothing and other items that I sell, always looking for good quality items. I shop at estate sales,thrift stores, yard sales and flea mkt's. Anywhere that I can find a bargain to pass the savings on to you.
SOLD AS IS so therefore NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. I buy and sell a wide variety of items but I don’t use everything that I sell and as much as I wish I knew everything about everything that simply is not the case. I try to find out any information I can on an item but in some cases it is just my opinion only. If I leave anything out of the description it is not intentional. Everything that I will be selling, will meet my expectations as a buyer, as I would not list it if I did not think it was good quality.
Photos may appear lighter or darker. Camera’s and monitors are all different therefore there may be a slight variation in what your monitor shows and the actual color. Please keep that in mind. I will try my best to describe my auctions correctly and to represent them in the photographs. So before you bid make sure that you realize that it may not be the exact color were expecting and to be able to live with the outcome.
6. If you have any questions please email me BEFORE you bid! All questions will be promptly answered to the best of my ability. I would rather you asked questions than be disappointed because the item was not what was expected.

(1) What Is The Cost Of Shipping?
PLEASE DO NOT SEND payment until you receive an invoice on very large items. The invoice is sent with the final packed weight and postage.
I ONLY ship USPS Priority, Parcel Post, Media and First Class.
I will be adding .19 handling onto the shipping charges to cover confirmation on all items except Priority (which is already included)
PLEASE NOTE!
If expecting an item being shipped via Media Mail or Parcel it typically takes 4 to 9 days to arrive. .
IF YOU DO NOT LIKE MY SHIPPING COSTS, DO NOT BUY. (If) I use padded envelopes or an extra amount of popcorn packing and bubble wrap I sometimes charge a little extra. Final packed weight and postage charges will automatically be included on the shipping invoice that I send after close of auction. I use recycled boxes and packing whenever possible to save on my costs and yours. I ship in the smallest box possible to save you money. AGAIN, If you are unhappy with the post office charges and are going to let that affect your rating for ME then I'd rather you buy from me.
(2) International Shipping
I do not ship International any longer. When the postal service receives my item it should no longer be my responsibility so when ebay made me responsible for items sold until they reach the buyer, I quit. I will not be held accountable for the post office losses outside of the U.S.A.
(3) If I Win Two Or More Of Your Auctions Will You Combine Shipping To Save Me Money?
I charge actual shipping charges for combined items according to combined weight .
(4) How Soon Can You Ship This To Me?
I ship quickly and usually within 2 days after payment has been made.
(5) What If I Am Late On Paying?
If I do not hear from you within 24 hrs after a sale to let me know when payment is expected I will send you a personal reminder. A VERY few have gotten offended by this but if I’d have heard from you then you wouldn’t have received this reminder! I know that 99.9% of you have reasons for not contacting me like computer problems, electric outages and sickness so please don’t take this personally.
All payments must be received within four (4) days of auction end. After 4 days I file for non-payment.
Please act early because it is your responsibility to make sure the payment reaches me in time.
