A long dead Confererate soldier continues to wait for his brother in this complete 4-page story from 1975.  "Waiting for Jeb" appeared in Ripley's "Believe it or not True Ghost Stories".  The art is by Jack Sparling and the art itself measures 10.25"x15" on each page.  Lots of atmosphere in every panel.
