Winning bidders must contact me within three days after the auction ends, to verify your mailing address and your intent to pay.
If I do not hear from you within three days, the transaction will be cancelled.
Please remember to verify both your e-mail and shipping address!
Double-check to be sure your information with both eBay and PayPal are correct -
- not doing this may delay your shipment, as many eBay members have
different billing and shipping addresses, and I can't guess which is correct.

Payment must be received within one week after the auction ends.
Unclaimed items will be relisted after that time,
and bidder will be reported for non-payment, along with negative feedback.
PayPal is the only form of payment I can accept at this time.

U.S.: All items shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class
Outside the U.S.: All items shipped via U.S. Postal Air Mail
Items will be shipped within three days following receipt of payment. CDs are shipped in cardboard mailers, not padded envelopes. The CD is the item being sold, not the jewel case; some jewel cases may occasionally have small cracks or broken hinges. If you need a pristine jewel case, please make this request at the time of payment. Discs will not be shipped without jewel cases, as the cases do provided additional protection during shipping.

All items are carefully packed. I will NOT be held responsible for loss or damage during shipment.
If you are concerned about the safety of your delivery, consider paying for insurance.
I want to be fair to my customers, and provide a fast, secure and reasonable service, but I need to protect my own business interests as well.

U.S.: Buyer pays $3.50 for one CD*
Postage: approx. $3.00 per disc (including Delivery Confirmation),
plus $1.50 shipping and handling, which includes the cost of physical packaging.
*Confirmation Delivery will automatically be included in ALL U.S. shipments.
For multiple CDs to the same U.S. address, the first item is $3.50 S&H
*Multiple disc sets: for each additional disc, add: $0.50
*Combined purchases: for each additional item, add: $1.50
Three or more combined items will automatically be shipped by Priority Mail.
Insurance or other extras are extra.
Please keep in mind that if a delivery is lost or damaged in transit, and you have
not paid for a service that provides tracking, I will not be held responsible.

and cannot be calculated until AFTER the auction has ended!
I'm sorry, but due to PayPal's inability to provide Seller Protection for items shipped outside the U.S. without insurance, NO items will be shipped to non-U.S. addresses without insurance!
Tracking will be required, as a result of frequent issues with Customs -
- without insurance, it will not be possible to track deliveries past Customs!
I apologize for this situation, but this is the way it has to be, until PayPal reconsiders their current policy.

For Non-U.S. shipping rates : You can calculate your shipping and handling charge by going to the U.S. Postal Service Web Site (http://ircalc.usps.gov/). Choose your country and enter a weight of 4.5 ounces for a single CD + packaging (9 ounces if you bought 2 CDs, etc.), then add $2.00 handling charge. Insurance, Tracking, Confirmation Delivery and other extras are additional charges, and can also be calculated at this site.

After the auction - FEEDBACK:
Due to recent changes in the feedback policy, I will not automatically post feedback as soon as I receive payment - as a seller and a buyer, I believe that receipt of payment is only half of the transaction! Prompt payment is appreciated, but I'd like to know that my customers are equally satisfied with their purchases, before I leave positive feedback for buyers! I'm sorry, but this is caused by buyers who choose to post negative comments about something which I could have resolved for them, if they had only brought it to my attention first.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, let me know, and I'll do what I can to resolve any issues.
If you do not believe in posting feedback after an auction, or if you disagree with any of my terms, I would prefer that you do not bid on any of my items.
