This is a once worn costume for Halloween!! You can also wear this for any dress up party you may be attending!!
I wore this for Halloween 2009 (I had to buy something to wear to work)
Note: it did NOT come with wings so I am included the wings I purchased for free :))

This costume features a bright green nylon dress covered in green sequins, with a green mesh toga style accessory that ties into a bow in the back and goes over the left shoulder. The dress includes adjustable clear shoulder straps, a serrated hem, and a zipper in back.
