• Posted domestic shipping/handling rates, as well as “free shipping” offers are applicable to the contiguous 48 United States only; Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, and other US territories are exempt from free shipping offers, unless otherwise specifically stated. Contact us for a shipping quote if there is no shipping rate posted for your location. Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not business days and are not included in our estimated shipping times. CANCELLATIONS

• If you do not wish to complete a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your purchase prior to the package being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations. If an item has free or discounted shipping, the full shipping and handling cost, according to SIM Supply Inc. or our current print catalog for the shipping weight of the item, will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Order cancellations may also be subject to cancellation fee of 15% of the item value.
  

RETURNS

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however, in the unlikely event there is an error or damage with your order we have these policies:
  ALL returned merchandise must be in original factory condition
  This includes all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards not filled out, and accessories
  DO NOT SEND ITEM BACK WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
  Contact us through ebay for authorization - during which you will be given an RMA number
  Please make sure the package is clearly marked with the RMA number you received for faster processing
  We are not responsible for items you refuse at delivery or for which you have failed to obtain an RMA number.
