• Most items will be shipped by FEDEX Ground the same day (If payment is received before 4 PM Eastern Time.) but not guaranteed.
• All payments are due within 2 days of the auction end. Item may not be guaranteed beyond that.

Delivery to Maryland:

• As we are a registered Corporation in the state of Maryland (MD), any delivery to MD requires customers to bear the 6% MD tax.

Internationally Shipped Listings (For other than USA):

• Accepted payment method is Credit card payments through invoice (Invoice will be sent to your email address. Please confirm if your country is eligible) & Bank Wire Transfer only.
• Any customs/broker fee should be paid by the buyer.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• We normally use USPS for international.
• USPS First Class, Global Priority Mail or Airmail Post does not provide any tracking and normally takes about 4 days to 10 days but can exceed even 1 month. Only USPS Global Express Mail (EMS) provides tracking and we recommend it even though it costs more.
• Proof of Shipment may be provided upon request.

Lost/Damage Claim Instructions:

• You must wait for 21 days for lost domestic (within US) shipments and 45 days for lost international shipments before filing a claim. For shipments to Italy, you must wait for 60 days from the shipment date before filing a claim.
• Any damages should be reported immediately upon receipt.
• You agree to support & be patient up to the claim is completed.
