THE ITEM:  I am not perfect, but I describe each item to the best of my ability.  I am honest in my description...if I find something wrong with the item, I will tell you.  Please be sure to read the description of the item, this way you are not surprised by anything (except for how wonderful the item is :) ) when you receive it.

PAYMENT:  Please pay within seven (7) days of the auction ending.  The sooner you pay, the sooner you receive your item!  I only accept payment via Paypal. 

RETURNS:  If you are not satisfied with the product you purchase, please let me know immediately and you will have 7 days (from the date you receive the item) to return.  You (the buyer) pay shipping fees.  The item will be refunded.

PACKAGING:  If you bid on and win more than one item that I am selling, if possible, I will package them together to save on shipping costs.  At the end of the sales, please send me an email letting me know you have multiple purchases and I will send you a new invoice for all items purchased, with revised shipping costs.

SHIPPING COSTS:  I do NOT create the shipping costs and I have no control over how much it costs to ship the products I sell...these costs are regulated by the United States Post Office.  Charges are figured by the weight and distance of the package...I always choose the shipping calculator so that the buyer is charged fairly for their location.  I do charge a small packaging/handling fee for every package that I ship...this fee includes the cost of the delivery confirmation (United States Post Office charges either $0.70 or $0.80, depending on how shipped). This is for your protection and mine.
